PRODUCT CONTENTS – This portable vest contains: a weight vest, a pair of ankle weights, a pair of arm weights and 96-100 steel plates with a total weight of 45 lbs.
Adjustable weight design: 32 small pockets on the vest, 6 on each cuff and 5 on each ankle cuff. You can distribute the steel plates on different pockets to adjust the weight to your needs.
Material: All products are made of nylon fabric, PVC stretch polyurethane and double layer breathable mesh. The nylon strap is sturdy and durable.
